Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each player is permitted to register only one account with fdr4d. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and confiscation of balances and winnings.
During or after registration, you may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP), proof of address, and verification of payment methods. Failure to complete KYC verification within requested timeframes may result in suspension of account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and account actions.
You must immediately notify fdr4d customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. fdr4d is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account if you have failed to maintain adequate security or have voluntarily disclosed your credentials to third parties.
You must ensure that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. You are required to notify fdr4d promptly of any changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment information. Failure to maintain accurate information may delay withdrawals, result in failed communications, or lead to account suspension.
fdr4d reserves the right to monitor all account activity for compliance with these terms, detection of fraud, prevention of money laundering, and enforcement of responsible gaming policies. Unusual betting patterns, suspected collusion, abuse of bonuses, or other suspicious activity may trigger account review, temporary suspension, or permanent closure.
fdr4d accepts deposits via approved Indonesian payment methods including major local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification status.
Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process.
All deposit transactions are subject to verification and security checks. fdr4d reserves the right to request proof of payment source and decline deposits that fail security screening or originate from unverified accounts.
Players may withdraw funds from their fdr4d account balance to their verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes:
All withdrawals require successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests trigger mandatory identity verification requiring submission of Indonesian national ID (KTP) and proof of address.
Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the fdr4d account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.
fdr4d reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests and require additional documentation if transactions appear suspicious, violate these terms, or raise anti-fraud or anti-money laundering concerns.
fdr4d does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or processing fees, which are your responsibility.
All transactions on fdr4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits in other currencies will be automatically converted at prevailing exchange rates, and conversion fees may apply.
Withdrawals of bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to completion of stated wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings. Refer to specific bonus terms for detailed wagering conditions.
fdr4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotional offer. By claiming or accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses through pattern betting, arbitrage betting, hedging strategies, or other techniques designed to guarantee profit or minimize risk is strictly prohibited and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each bonus offer and typically range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fdr4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or your use of fdr4d services shall not exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the claim.
fdr4d is not liable for delays, failures, or inability to perform obligations under these terms resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet service provider failures, power outages, or acts of God.
You may close your fdr4d account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Before closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Accounts with pending bonuses or active wagering requirements may not be closed until requirements are met or bonuses are forfeited.
fdr4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
Upon account termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonuses or winnings from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and pending obligations. fdr4d reserves the right to withhold funds if termination results from fraudulent activity or material breach of terms.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding fdr4d services, you must first contact our customer support team in writing, providing full details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation and mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which fdr4d is licensed and domiciled. By using fdr4d services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platform.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
fdr4d reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, with the updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated to players via email or prominent website notice.
